- Do you have audio guides?
The Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Musée des Arts décoratifs, the Musée Archéologique, the Musée Historique, the Aubette 1928, the Musée de l'Œuvre Notre-Dame and the Musée Alsacien have audio guides.

- What can be seen with the admission ticket?
The admission ticket gives access to the permanent collections, the exhibitions and the guided tours.
- Who is entitled to free admission?
Admission to the museums is free for:
- Visitors under 18
- Jobseekers
- Recipients of social assistance or beneficiaries of an integration programme within the network of the “Tôt ou t’Art” association
- Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying person
- Severely disabled war veterans
- Refugees and asylum seekers upon presentation of an OFPRA certificate
- Current elected officials of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg
- Journalists, art critics, and radio or television press staff
- Members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM)
- Members of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS)
- Members of the Deutscher Museumsbund (DMB)
- Members of the Société des Amis des Arts et des Musées de Strasbourg (SAAMS)
- Members of the Association des Amis du Musée d’Art moderne et contemporain de Strasbourg (AMAMCS)
- Members of the Société pour la Conservation des Monuments Historiques d’Alsace
- Members of the Association Archi-Strasbourg
- Members of the Association des Amis de la Cathédrale de Strasbourg
- Members of the Association des Amis du Vieux Strasbourg
- Holders of a current-year Carte Culture or Carte Atout’voir
- Holders of a Museums-PassMusées, subject to the card’s terms of use
- Holders of a valid 24-hour, 48-hour, 3-day or 5-day Pass Alsace (Otipass), or a Strasbourg and Northern Alsace 3-day pass, allowing admission to three museums of their choice during the pass’s validity period

- Members of the Strasbourg Tourist Office whose membership fees are up to date
- Education professionals employed by the French Ministry of Education, upon presentation of a “Pass Éducation”
- Higher-education teachers in France, upon presentation of supporting documentation
- Students and teachers of Institutes of History, Art History, Fine Arts and Archaeology
- Students and teachers of national and municipal schools of Decorative Arts and Architecture
- Students of HEAR (Haute école des arts du Rhin)
- School groups from Priority Education Networks (REP and REP+) for activities organised by the museums’ Department of Education and Cultural Outreach
- Groups holding an admission authorisation issued by the museums’ Department of Education and Cultural Outreach
Services
- Are there cloakrooms or lockers in the museum?
Currently the Vigipirate plan is at level 2, lockers are available at the entrance.
- Do you lend out prams / wheelchairs?
Yes, you just need to make an application at the museum ticket office.
- What kind of dining facilities does the museum offer?
The restaurant l'Art café is located above the MAMCS.
- Are animals allowed in the museum?
No.
- Is it possible to eat inside the building?
No.

Photos for personal use are no problem (without flash), for commercial and professional purposes please contact the Communications Department.
